Ingredients
4 pieces lavash bread – tortilla
6 pieces chicken breast tenderloin (to be chopped in julienne style)
8-9 pieces gherkin cucumber pickles
2 cloves of garlic Mushrooms in the desired amount
3 pieces dry onions Ketchup, Mayonnaise
2 pieces chilli peppers
Olive oil, salt, black pepper, chili powder, thyme,
Yellow Cheese
Ingredients for Marination Sauce
1 tablespoon of yoghurt
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 dessert spoon of curry
1 dessert spoon of chili powder
1 dessert spoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of black pepper (Chicken breasts must be marinated with this sauce and left to rest for 3 hours)
Preparation
After marinated chickens get rest, add olive oil to a pan. When it gets warm, add the chickens. After they get dehydrated and roasted, add the mushrooms, peppers, onion, crushed garlic. After the vegetables get cooked as well, turn off the heating. Cool it a little, sprinkle your chicken mixture on lavash bread. Add finely chopped gherkin cucumber pickles and grated yellow cheese, also ketchup and mayonnaise if desired, roll it in a form of a wrap, heat it in the toaster until the yellow cheese melts and serve.
